My first impression when arriving to list it: Diamond in the Rough. In the Rough because I was impressed with the beauty of the design and the overall look of the surroundings. A peaceful, dead-end-street area. The seller owned and developed five (5) lots in a portion of land with a nice view of pastures and mountains on the northside. This property needed two (2) lots, so he joined them in Deeds and built the house. The construction was precise, followed the blueprints, and meticulously crafted. It was built to live in it and enjoy it as their primary residence. I noticed that he never built a Concrete Fence around the perimeter. It is a family of young children and for ten (10) years have lived there safely. That tells me that it is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and SAVE neighborhood.
I stepped for a while across the street to take a concentrated look at the design and my brain exploded with ideas for taking it to a higher level with little investment. I started describing "diamond in the rough" because the beauty was been harmed and hidden a bit because of the poor, faded paint condition and dirt that comes from the 10 years of history. So, I suggested, and Sellers accepted bringing it back to beauty: they painted the house completely; all around, inside as well. I returned 2 weeks later to sign the listing contract and Wala! Surprise? Is this the same house?
House Description: Entrance balcony, Foyer, half bathroom next to the foyer. The living room is at the left, with remarkably high, four (4) angle, sloped ceilings, and many security windows, making it a very open, light-full space. The floor layout shows three (3) levels, with only one (1), two (2), or three (3) steps (which can be easily altered to convert into ramps for ADA Compliance. This beautiful house exhibits an open floor plan comprising dining room, family room and kitchen. The Family, also with remarkably high, four (4) angle, sloped ceilings, opens to the rear roofed terrace through two (2) aluminum security doors.
The kitchen has wood cabinet; many storage compartments; open to the dining room. Out of the kitchen, to the right, there is the Master Suite: big size (probably 20 x 18, with a big walk-in-closet, and a big Master Bath (Whirlpool, Shower Cabin, Sink Cabinet; fully tiled (floor to ceiling). This master Suite was ideally located, at the same floor level than the Double Carport, which features a Storage Area, the Laundry (washer and dryer hookups) and two (2) Electric Garage Doors. Four (4) cars could fit [two (2) inside, under roof, and two (2) in the concrete driveway], even if you build a concrete fence and gates around the perimeter of the lot.
Aside from the Master Suite, the house has three (3) additional bedrooms, for a total of four (4) bedrooms. The second bedroom is next to the Master, in front of the kitchen. Interesting to note that this is like a second Master Suite, since it has its own private bathroom (ideal for Parents or guests). The other two (2) are on the left side of the house, walking up three (3) steps down the hallway. These two (2) bedrooms were designed to share the bathroom from the inside lateral wall of each bedroom. This shared design is called "Jack-and-Jill".
All doors and windows (interior as well as exterior) are of the type "Security-Doors-and-Windows". Therefore, NO termites allowed in this house. There is a crawl type basement on the rear corner, but any 6 feet tall person can walk in it. It measures around 20 x 15. It is ideal for tools, or even as a Battery Storage if you place Solar Energy Panels to make an Off-The-Grid property.
Just look at the photos and imagine the beauty of the sloped 4-angle roofs if you install Spanish/Mexican/Mediterranean clay tiles. Imagine even further a Concrete Fence, wrapped around the 1,625 square meters. There is a septic tank far away from the house and many areas in which to accommodate the recreation for the family found on a swimming pool, gazebo, playgrounds. There is enough space, especially on the sides.

It took me 6 minutes to get there from the main Road 111, and ten (10) minutes to the city of San Sebastian. Many convenient stores close by (ECONO Supermarket, Shopping Centers, Fast Foods, Restaurants, Bilingual Schools (15 minutes).
By the way, is you dream of owning even more land, in which to have horses, cows, etc, then please consider buying the remaining three (3) vacant lots in front of the house, which are segregated in deeds by the Seller when he developed the original lot. By so doing, you can then place a gated entrance at the entrance of the development and make it a PRIVATE community. Your children can build their houses or other improvements (even a huge Hangar, a Garage, a Heavy Equipment parking) in such lots.
As you can see and read, this a SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY knocking at your door; A RARE TO FIND MODERN, BEAUTIFULL "HOME"
