What do I love about this interesting, beautifully maintained, 'special' property? Honestly? Many things; let me explain:
1st: Its LOCATION: When traveling down the road to List the property I called Sellers. They gave me directions on the phone, even though I have a Navigation System in my car. The truth is that I did not need my Navigation; didn't look at the screen. I arrived perfectly; it was just two (2) simple left turns and...Whalaah! "You have arrived". It only took me 1½ minutes to arrive from Road PR2. Several conveniences and amenities located within a 1-2 mile radius:
a) The new Hospital de la Concepcion
b) Shopping Center
c) Pep Boys; Advanced Auto Parts
d) Surf 'N Water Park
e) Famous, Old, Porta Coeli Church
2nd: FIRST IMPRESSION: There I was; parked on a beautiful roadside, enjoying the shadows of the massive trees in front of the house. Sellers waved their hands from the distance, exhibiting welcoming smiles. I was referred to them. Looked well to find the house's curb appeal; it was easily found; right away. The house does not 'pretend' beauty: it has it. But don't get me wrong; it's not that "beautiful beauty" of 'Grand Homes'. It was the PLAIN and SIMPLE beauty of a "Country Home", to which that "Country Road" took me.
3er: ONCE THERE: The GARDEN and the OPENNESS of the patio, front and side yards. It took me back to those wonderful childhood years when I visited Grandparents in their Country because kids will immediately step down and start running around, or playing basketball in that huge concrete slab on the side front, the Basketball Court.
4th: OVERALL PHYSICAL CONDITION of an evidently well-maintained house. Why? Because it is a Loved House by its Owners. I mean, it's not perfect, but nearly so to me. So you could buy this house and don't worry about NEW PROJECTS to "bring it back from scratch".

Ok. Enough about my fancy chat (again, I liked the property very much). Let's describe the floor layout:
You walk the sidewalk to the receiving Balcony; open; with an angled sloped ceiling with clay tiles in the roof. Then there is this beautiful aluminum security door set of two doors with built-in stained glass. We open and you see a HUGE living room-family room, with high sloped ceilings as well. The house has three (3) bedrooms. The Main Bedroom enjoys its private "master" bath and a private walk-in closet. The other two (2) bedrooms share a second bathroom. Both are fully tiled (from floor to ceiling), having a nice Curb Appeal. They look and smell clean, fresh, and scented. There is a Linen Closet (or a Medicine/Sanitary Closet) in the hallway. The laundry room is located in the outside, under a covered rear terrace, whose roof was built in Galvalume sheets supported by Iron Columns. The main attraction is the side, concrete roofed terrace/entertainment room accessed from the living room via a double stained glass door set.
